Terms & Conditions:-

• Check in time - 12 Noon.
• Check out time - 10 AM.
• Bookings are confirmed only after a minimum payment of 50% of the total room tariff for the duration of stay. One night stays are confirmed after a 100% advance only.
• Remainder payment to be made at the time of check- in.
• Confirmed dates / days may be cancelled, altered or cut short only if intimation in writing reaches us 25 days prior to the check in date.
• 100% refund will be issued if the cancellation is done 25 days prior to the check in date.
• 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is affected between 7 & 25 days prior to the check in date.
• No refund will be issued if the cancellation is affected 7 days prior to the check in date.
• In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the same source as the initial payment.
• Cancellation due to bad weather or other force majeure with full refund is only accepted if the state borders are closed or if there is no way to have access to the property. On all other circumstances, above cancellation charges will be applied.

House Rules:-

• We welcome you to Manali Meadows Boutique Stay and we hope you enjoy your stay here! Please take note of some simple guidelines
• No smoking inside the rooms/dining/indoor common spaces. We have luxurious balconies & a sprawled outdoor space to enjoy a smoke facing the Himalayas!
• No laundry to be washed inside the premises. We have laundry service available on request all the time :)
• Room service for meals and snacks are available at the cottage. Food only under "Snacks" section can be taken to the room. Just hop down into our cozy dining to enjoy our fresh meals.
• Outside food is not allowed at the stay. Try our in house recipes made with love instead.
• Any damage or missing element during checkout will have to be reimbursed by the guest. Stay with us like you would at your home.
• Plucking fruits or flowers from the property premises is strictly prohibited.
• In a conscious effort to save our natural resources:
• Room's linen and towels will be changed on the 3rd day of your stay, on request.
• Please turn off all lights, geysers etc. when leaving the room.
• Save water as much as you can.
• According to government rules, loud music should be curtailed at 10 pm. Please cooperate for the same so we all go to bed without trouble.

• Our kitchen timings are as follows:-
• Morning - 8:30am to 1:30am
• Evening - 5pm to 9:30pm

• Check-in time 12 Noon
• Check-out time 10 AM

• Feel free to call/WhatsApp on 93189-33044 for any assistance from 7am to 10pm.
• Non Adherence to the house rules will attract a penalty of Rs. 500 onwards
